Cato is looking to solve the problem of helping hospitals and healthcare organizations source difficult to find supplies by building an AI technology platform to automate sourcing and distribution for hundreds of thousands of products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Senior Software Engineer position.
- A Computer Science degree with 3 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of software development work experience.
- Interest in web application full stack development, everything from front-end to DevOps.
- Experience with PHP, PostgreSQL, and Vue.js on AWS and OpenAI infrastructure (not required but a plus)
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Strong software engineering talent
Responsibilities
- Write high quality, maintainable software that provides a great user experience.
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements feedback, architecture design, development, test automation, code review, and CI/CD.
- Engage in and recommend continual improvement of our process and systems.
- Proactively take actions to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Help out your fellow engineers and other team members.
- Take a leading role in informing important decisions on our platform.
