The process today is fragmented, opaque, and full of middlemen.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, ideally in fast-moving, early-stage teams
- Comfort working across backend and frontend (we use Django and Next.js)
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features end to end, from early prototype to production
- Own implementation across the stack — backend, frontend, database, infrastructure
- Help evolve the architecture as the product and team scale
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

- Work closely with customers, founders, and GTM teammates to rapidly turn insight into product
- Strong product instincts and care for UX and speed
- Interest in small businesses, entrepreneurship, or ownership transitions
- Excited to work in-person most days in our downtown SF office
