Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience with proven ability to work across the full stack
- Strong experience building production APIs and integrating with external systems
- Experience with C-Sharp and .NET framework, or strong proficiency in similar statically-typed languages
- Experience with cloud services and modern cloud development practices (Azure preferred)
- Solid understanding of SQL databases and caching technologies (Redis preferred)
- Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and version control
- Experience with Go, GraphQL, or healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
- Data engineering experience including ETL processes, data quality monitoring, or data ingestion systems
- Advanced DevOps practices including Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and observability tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance user-facing APIs and backend services
- Build and maintain integrations with external third-party systems and APIs
- Create custom web applications and specialized workflow tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across our full technology stack
- Improve our development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and system monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and rapid issue resolution
