SRS Acquiom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer and technology leader to work with a dedicated, cross-functional Agile product team in a diverse, fast-paced environment to design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
  • Expertise in creating robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Expertise with AWS cloud services (Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3) and cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative).
  • Experience leading collaborative software design sessions
  • Expertise with version control systems
  • Expertise with RESTful web services
  • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications using Node.js, React, Angular, Postgres, and AWS.
  • Deep understanding of complex systems. Can optimize for specific needs, including performance, resilience, observability, testability, and more
  • Develops complex, high-quality features. Mentors teammates to improve software development practices.
  • Designs complex, large-scale systems. Considers scalability and fault tolerance.
  • Can write, debug, and maintain all types of automated tests—advocates for testing strategy.
  • Implements and optimizes CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Integrates and optimizes AI tools into the development process, establishing best practices and mentoring others on effective AI usage

  • This is a hybrid role requiring regular in-person collaboration in Denver, CO. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our downtown Denver office.
  • Mentors and guides team members, facilitates discussions, exemplifies empathy, openness, and adaptability.
  • Bridges gaps between teams, drives cross-team initiatives, and resolves complex dependencies.
  • Leads interview sessions, creates documentation to help new hires ramp up.
  • Must be available to work standard business hours and occasional nights/weekends.
