Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development or fullstack.
Strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Golang - preferred, Java, C, Python, etc.).
Solid experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Experience with React and frontend development.
Proven ability to design and scale distributed systems and APIs.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services that power our Claims and Returns lifecycle.
Build automated systems to streamline claim resolutions and reduce manual intervention.
Develop fraud prevention tools and workflows to protect customers and merchants.
Create internal tools and APIs to empower the Customer Service team to provide efficient and effective support.
Lead technical design discussions and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Support teams.
Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and performance through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) and cloud deployment strategies on AWS.
