Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI/Agentic AI.
- Strong proficiency with Python and experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Experience building and deploying AI assistants, chatbots, or agentic AI systems.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks and using LLMs as judges.
- Proficient in modern software engineering best practices.
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and agentic AI solutions.
- Develop and integrate with LLMs using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and CrewAI.
- Implement evaluation pipelines and use LLMs as judges for model and agent performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust AI products.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
