Requirements
- 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
- Strong skills in object-oriented design and modern programming practices
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React (or strong interest and willingness to learn)
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS) and with modern tooling (Docker, Elasticsearch, Postgres, Git, Linux)
- Experience with Rails

Responsibilities
- Build products that will help guide members through an evolving and complicated healthcare system
- Integrate data from claims, eligibility, and healthcare partners to deliver a seamless member experience
- Work on a team of talented product managers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams to solve problems together in a collaborative and creative environment
- Help maintain and extend internal products that accelerate growth, improve customer experience, and help keep our operations as efficient as possible
- Mentor and lead by sharing knowledge, setting best practices, and helping grow a culture of experimentation and innovation
- Participate in business problem solving and technical de-risking as appropriate as part of cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify high-leverage AI use cases
