ACD is transforming a new era of product expansion, workflow integration, and intelligent tooling and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to building and enhancing their industry leading platform
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in .NET Core and microservices
- Front-end proficiency required — Angular preferred, but React or Vue also acceptable
- Ability to debug across the full stack independently — no “not-my-code” mindset
- Startup or fast-paced experience required
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
- Experience with Azure-native or AWS
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and debugging of a full-stack platform (Angular front end + .NET Core back end)
- Navigate and fix complex, system-wide bugs across microservices and the UI – must demonstrate capability to dig into all levels of the stack and troubleshoot/solve problems
- Work in a cloud-native environment (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable)
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for production support
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Operate effectively in a distributed team with minimal guidance
- Collaborate regularly and closely with international teams, including offshore engineers in India

- Distributed team requires collaboration across India and US Eastern time zones
- Must demonstrate natural willingness and ability to communicate “early and often” with your team members to solve problems
