Auria is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop and deliver innovative software solutions to enhance warfighter readiness by addressing complex Army training challenges.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus in one of: Modeling & Simulation, 3D Data Visualization, or System Integration.
- Experience with M&S platforms, tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink, AFSIM), and methodologies, including their test and integration in software applications
- Expertise with GIS web application (Cesium, STK, ArcGIS) and data visualization techniques for planning and analysis.
- Strong background in planning, performing, and testing diverse system integrations through public APIs (RESTful, ASP.NET) or C-Sharp/C++ assemblies/DLLs.
- A strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices, including in DevSecOps environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or GovCloud.

- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile Scrum environment, especially as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including DoD personnel.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing complex software projects and meeting deadlines.
