WalkMe, an SAP company, is looking for a Sr. Backend Developer to join their DeepUI group to develop and enhance their revolutionary runtime engine and AI-based technology for their Digital Adoption Platform. The goal is to understand and interact with graphical user interfaces in real-time, bringing the platform to the next level and advancing towards Artificial General Intelligence.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience with server-side development in Node.js/ Typescript.
- Experience in designing and developing large distributed system and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or other SQL based Databases.
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with CI/CD and could deployments and provisioning.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the latest back-end solutions to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of GUI perception.
- Develop and maintain complex backend cloud services and infrastructure, across multiple regions.
- Design architecture for new services and implement through to production.
- Implement and own end to end solutions that will scale to millions of users.
- Participate in fast-paced research while running in production.
- Advance the world one step closer to Artificial General Intelligence.
- Investigate, implement and share new technologies and ideas.
Other
- As this role will support our Federal business, US Citizenship is required.
- Hybrid role - 3 days a week in our SAP NYC office
- A technical focal point for software development best practices and design of main components, services and systems.
- 5+ years of professional software development and technical leadership experience.
