Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in production-grade backend development OR significant contributions to open-source Rust projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend systems using Rust, with attention to concurrency and performance.
- Debug, refactor, and optimize complex code repositories.
- Write test cases to ensure software reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
- Deliver high-quality contributions independently within an asynchronous work environment.
