Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SDK
- Experience with distributed systems or platform SDKs,
- Working knowledge of security principles (e.g., authN/Z, key management, PKI, crypto hygiene
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain secure, developer‑friendly SDKs.
- Deliver end‑to‑end SDK lifecycle: design, implementation, versioning, documentation, and developer experience.
- Ensure reliability and LiveSite excellence through monitoring, telemetry, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Embed security and compliance by default, including threat modeling, safe defaults, and signed releases.
- Build secure-by-default, high‑quality client libraries and platform integrations used by engineers across Identity, Azure, Office, Dynamics, and Xbox.
- Harden our APIs, improve developer experience, and raise the security bar at Microsoft scale.
- Own the Secret Activation SDK and the data plane SDK that power secure, reliable secret access across Microsoft and Azure services.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
