Requirements
- Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure
- Experience building and scaling data-intensive applications
- Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing concepts
Responsibilities
- Design and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant AWS-based systems to support our rapid growth
- Implement AI-powered workflows and tools to automate and optimize our clinical data processing
- Mentor and level up our junior engineering team through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with product to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- 6+ years of software engineering experience spanning the early to growth stages of a high-velocity startup
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Passion for building impactful products and a track record of ownership and initiative
- Background in the healthcare or life sciences industry
- Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, 3 if located > 1 hour away)
