World Equestrian Center (WEC) needs to develop, optimize, and maintain world-class enterprise software and applications to support its leadership in equestrian sports and the hospitality industry. This involves understanding business requirements and designing innovative enterprise-grade solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working with .NET Core/C-Sharp and ASP.NET
- Experience working with and maintaining large-scale PHP and WordPress websites
- Familiarity with event-sourcing and/or vertical-slice architecture
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Enterprise Features
- Experience building front-end web applications with NextJS and/or React
- Experience with production Kubernetes (k8s) environments
- Production experience with globally deployed and public-facing web applications
Responsibilities
- Implement software features on multiple tech stacks, primarily ASP.NET/C-Sharp and WordPress/PHP.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-impact features and improvements.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues across systems in alignment with best practices.
- Take ownership of the WordPress platform, ensuring performance, security, and compliance with accessibility and brand standards.
- Integrate third-party services and internal tools into WordPress to support analytics and engagement.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as needed to support production applications.
