The AI company is looking to create a "Superhumans" platform by pairing every person with an AI teammate, and needs a Senior Software Engineer to lead the technical direction, quality standards, and feature development of the core AI workflow platform.
Requirements
- Proficiency in languages used in our stack, including Python, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript
- Experience designing and scaling complex, reliable systems on cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP)
- 4–6 years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams or major technical initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead Platform Design and Development: Drive the design and implementation of our core AI workflow platform, ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Architect Complex Features: Architect and implement significant new features and capabilities in close collaboration with Product, UI/UX, and Business Development teams
- Drive Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, architectural patterns, system design, and security across the engineering organization
- Customer Technical Consulting: Act as a technical consultant to our clients, answering complex technical questions and assisting with client-specific feature requests and integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ERPs)
- Mentorship and Growth: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a strong culture of continuous learning and technical growth
