The partner company is looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable, high-quality software in a fast-growing digital health environment, impacting user health outcomes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby or Python and experience with React or Vue.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of AI/LLM integration and AI development tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, telemetry, and DevOps principles.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend and web applications to support mobile and web platforms.
- Write clean, tested, and efficient code while following best practices for architecture, design, and coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Integrate AI tools and generative AI into the software development lifecycle to enhance productivity.
- Lead large-scale projects, anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to address system reliability and production issues.
