Precisely Software Incorporated is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop software products within the Precisely Location Intelligence line of business, focusing on geocoding and address validation workflows, to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in C/C++ programming language
- Understanding and implementation of automated software testing and Quality Assurance methodologies
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust software components that support geocoding and address validation workflows.
- Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability through iterative development and optimization.
- Develop and maintain high-quality C/C++ code, adhering to industry best practices and internal coding standards.
- Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability and performance.
- Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to design specifications.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers when appropriate.
- Operate within an agile Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
