Requirements
- 5+ years building web applications (Ruby on Rails preferred)
- Building APIs (REST or GraphQL)
- Frontend frameworks like React or Next.js
- Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
- AWS services and APIs
- AI tooling
- Proven ability to ship high-quality work with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across our entire stack, from backend services to customer-facing interfaces.
- Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Experiment with AI tools to boost developer and user experience.
- Take ownership of projects from idea to production.
- Mentor other developers and share knowledge to help the team grow.
- Collaborate closely with teammates across engineering, product, and design.
- Tackle complex performance challenges
