Responsibilities
- Build robust ETL scripts and APIs utilizing Python and Node.js to enable efficient data transfer to Snowflake data warehouse using DBT, PostgreSQL and SQL
- Implement cloud architecture using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Maintain health and optimal functioning of cloud assets as per company standards in capacity of team's DevOps Practitioner
- Automate testing and deployment using cloud-based CI/CD tools and apps
- Apply engineering best practices in order to analyze and develop software solutions
- Develop software using agile methodologies and continuous integration practice
- Conduct code reviews and evaluations
Other
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or related field
- 1 year of experience as a software engineer or related occupation
- Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week
- Mentor junior engineers
- Participate in setting team standards and best practices
