Akkodis is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop scalable pricing applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js for a client in West Lake Village, CA
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, Step Functions) and infrastructure-as-code tools like CDK/SAM.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles with hands-on experience using frameworks such as Cypress and Jest.
- TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js

Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and enhancements for pricing applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Cypress and Jest to ensure code quality.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CDK/SAM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to architectural discussions.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines and integrations for real-time analytics and efficient processing.
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
