Oracle is seeking to revolutionize the delivery of new cloud data centers globally by building critical services to manage data centers, enabling scalable, efficient infrastructure delivery and automation at global scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Java development
- 4+ years of experience with REST API development
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of microservices, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Experience with build automation, continuous integration, or continuous deployment tools such as Git, Terraform, Maven, Grunt, RunDeck, Ansible, etc
- Experience in developing and designing solutions with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with observability tools and practices

- Minimum 6 years in a software-engineering related position, at least half of which was in an Agile/DevOps environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to all audiences

- Experience with working flexible hours and working with team members in a global setting with distributed time zones
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
