Requirements
- Experience with technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLMs is a plus, but not required
- Experience with AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor
- Experience with proprietary multi-LLM platform, OmniAI (integrating OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic)
- Experience with CrewAI, deploying ML-powered decision engines, or developing production-grade chatbots
- Experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation
- Experience with data analytics and preparation for advanced AI/ML models
Responsibilities
- Work on complex, high-volume solutions leveraging technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Design and build advanced solutions involving agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, and custom chatbots
- Tackle data challenges to drive business value, whether through traditional analytics or by preparing data for advanced AI/ML models
- Implement APIs on AWS, automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, and collect/analyze data for cloud readiness and security assessments
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions are meaningful and impactful
- Lead your team in client demos and other presentations to develop and showcase your leadership skills
- Mentor junior team members and support practice and company development through R&D, peer training, and reusable solution accelerator development
Other
- Degree in Computer Science/MIS or similar work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a technical industry
- Ability to present technical concepts to a client audience, both business and technical
- Ability to work remotely two days a week and spend three days in person
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
