Requirements

  • Experience with technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLMs is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor
  • Experience with Amazon Q or GitLab Duo
  • Experience with OmniAI (integrating OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic)
  • Experience with CrewAI
  • Experience with ML-powered decision engines and production-grade chatbots

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex, high-volume solutions leveraging technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Design and build advanced solutions involving agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, and custom chatbots
  • Tackle data challenges to drive business value, whether through traditional analytics or by preparing data for advanced AI/ML models
  • Implement APIs on AWS, automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, and collect/analyze data for cloud readiness and security assessments
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions are meaningful and impactful
  • Lead your team in client demos and other presentations to develop and showcase your leadership skills
  • Mentor junior team members and support practice and company development through R&D, peer training, and reusable solution accelerator development

Other

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a technical industry
  • Degree in Computer Science/MIS or similar work experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and standards
  • Comfortable presenting technical concepts to a client audience, both business and technical
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
