LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc. is looking to solve complex system component development, bug fixes, and technical issues, while also providing product support and troubleshooting for HPCC system applications.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience: designing and developing interactive applications using HPCC Roxie
- 5 years of experience: developing HPCC Thor batch products, data engineering ETL process in Thor, data key built, Thor release and maintenance using HPCC Thor
- Advanced understanding of the overall HPCC architecture, and the end-to-end data flow
- Experience with MySQL database and writing advanced query scripts for troubleshooting and generating complex interactive and batch transaction reports
- 2 years of experience: with all the three credit bureau (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) data, their data format, and the bureau data flow
- Experience with ESP credit bureau gateways for the three main credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion)
- Experience with quality control and automation testing, including designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases
Responsibilities
- Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
- Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
- Complete complex bug fixes
- Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs
- Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
- Resolve complex technical issues as necessary
- Design and work with complex data models
Other
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required
- 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required
- Employee reports to LexisNexis Risk Solutions, Inc. office in Alpharetta, GA, but may telecommute from any location within the U.S.
- Experience can be concurrent
- Train entry-level software engineers as directed by department management
