Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in software development or related field
- Proficient in object-oriented programming, relational database design, and familiarity with web application and API development
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Proficient in React frontend
- Proficient in C-Sharp Backend
- Experience with SQL Server, Databricks
- Experience with AzureDevOps Automated Pipelines
Responsibilities
- Identifies and evaluates the use, benefit, and implementation of new technologies – languages 3rd party plug-ins, etc.
- Primary system owner of business-critical software systems; responsible for documentation, consulting, and project leadership.
- Project level responsibility for research and development associated with assigned project initiatives.
- Works with product team to define requirements and execute project plans.
- Provides guidance related to project work for junior development staff.
- Debugging code, crushing bugs, and stomping technical debt
- Implementing a design from a colleague or heading the charge
Other
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
