- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of related industry experience in the data science domain
- 8+ years of tech leadership or people management with big teams
- Ability to communicate and explain data science concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to navigate through uncertain situations and break down complex challenges into manageable components
