Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Linux, C programming, Go-Lang and Python.
- Expertise across the embedded stack: bootloader, device drivers, kernel, and user space.
- Security protocols and secure system design.
- In-depth understanding of 802.11/Wi-Fi and wired networking protocols.
- Deep Knowledge of 802.11 fast roaming technology.
- Broadcom or QCA wireless drivers for access points.
- Experience with collaboration with machine learning and data science teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of WLAN solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Drive firmware development for new 802.11 access point hardware with minimal supervision.
- Architect and implement high-performance device drivers for wireless and wired networking.
- Develop system software to collect, analyze, and distribute wireless statistics at scale.
- Create intelligent software systems to dynamically manage large groups of wireless devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and data analytics to define and shape innovative products.
- Engage with customers and product managers to resolve complex issues and deliver strategic features.
