Requirements
- Experience designing and implementing features for large enterprise customers, including familiarity with concepts like SSO, custom roles, or SCIM synchronization.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent, high-quality code through comprehensive testing, CI/CD practices, and rigorous peer review.
- Primarily Back-end focused, but with the versatility and willingness to work across the full stack when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Design and Implement robust, enterprise-grade services and features targeting our largest clients.
- Ensure the quality, security, availability, and performance of services, including responding to incidents, identifying bottlenecks, and fixing bugs.
- Deliver excellent software through comprehensive peer reviews, Continuous Integration (CI), and automated testing.
- Serve as the technical expert/lead on team projects, providing mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
- Help guide decision making on technical direction for the team, acting as a future shaper for our company's platform and systems.
- Work on customer-facing features and key architectural challenges related to scale and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to successfully ship new features and drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency.

- Must be available to work 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) in our Seattle office (hybrid position).

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and guide technical decision-making.
