Moloco is seeking to enhance its machine learning advertising platform by developing world-class infrastructure that integrates machine learning and big data, aiming to empower companies to significantly improve their performance and growth. The Ads Infrastructure - Supply Team specifically focuses on integrating and optimizing various advertising technologies and platforms to boost the performance of Moloco's machine learning advertising solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend infrastructure software development experience.
- Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one programming language (preferably Java, Kotlin, Go, C, C++, etc)
- Basic understanding of Ad-Tech, including how ads are served, monitored, and measured.
- Familiarity with basic machine learning principles and how they can be applied within the advertising ecosystem
- Experience developing large-scale, highly available distributed systems, data processing pipelines in a real time or near real time processing environment
- Experience with public cloud platforms and services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to develop and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
- Develop and implement Moloco's SDK solutions for publishers, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and optimal ad performance.
Responsibilities

- works with large-scale distributed systems and data processing pipelines
- Develop and implement Moloco's SDK solutions for publishers, ensuring seamless integration, robust functionality, and optimal ad performance
- troubleshooting and improving SDK handling in client-side applications
- Provide guidance on best practices, and work to resolve technical issues that may arise in bid request handling and SDK integration
Other
- Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree (Master's highly preferred)
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Able to travel for occasional business trips to China
- Proven ability to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders, such as Product Management, SRE, Data Science, and ML Engineering, to achieve strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
