Requirements
- 5+ years of backend/systems engineering experience (Python, Go, or similar).
- Strong background in building agentic systems.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML/AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks (LangChain, N8N, Temporal etc).
- Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS is a big plus).
- Knowledge of AI safety, deterministic outputs, and monitoring best practices.
- Knowledge of security and compliance best practices for handling sensitive customer and financial data.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents that handle real-world workflows.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate AI agents into the core Soris platform.
- Build the infrastructure and APIs needed to train, evaluate, and monitor AI agents in production.
- Ensure agentic systems are reliable, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle: architecture, experimentation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Establish best practices for AI system evaluation, auditability, and safety.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to validate that AI workflows solve real user problems.
