Requirements
- Led end-to-end delivery of complex features in production SaaS environments, including AI/ML integrations
- Architect systems that integrate AI responsibly, from model selection and API integration to deployment and monitoring
- Fluent in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, multi-step reasoning/orchestration frameworks, and integrating enterprise data sources
- Experience with AI/ML solutions such as AWS Bedrock
- Ability to evaluate, integrate, and extend third-party AI tools as well as work with in-house ML models
- Experience working in startups and/or B2B SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Sigma, and other enterprise data sources
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex, high-impact features and projects from design through production deployment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Architect and implement AI/ML-driven platform capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), intelligent automation, and natural language processing
- Design and implement safe and responsible AI workflows, including bias mitigation, human-in-the-loop review processes, and compliance guardrails for sensitive HR and legal contexts
- Own and evolve AI-enabled product components, designing scalable architectures, orchestration pipelines, and data integration patterns
- Improve system reliability and maintainability by proactively addressing technical debt and driving automation in development and operational workflows
- Build and maintain AI service observability from latency monitoring to model quality evaluation
- Write maintainable, well-documented code and conduct high-quality code reviews
