As a Senior Engineer, you’ll design and build sophisticated systems that harness agentic providers and LLM-powered frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience working with AI/agentic providers (e.g., Bedrock, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs) and orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise in building and evaluating LLM-based applications, including benchmarking, test harnesses, and metrics.
- Solid background in backend development with Python, Java, Spring Boot, REST/GraphQL services.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, source control, and Agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and languages.
- Experience with software security tools (Snyk) and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
Responsibilities
- Be a core member of an Agile team, owning features across the development lifecycle.
- Design and implement integrations with agentic providers (e.g., AWS Agentcore, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Anthropic, OpenAI) and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop smart evaluation frameworks to test and score agents.
- Build micro-services with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and AI-powered features.
- Work independently with minimal guidance, while mentoring peers through design discussions and code reviews.
- Research, validate, and recommend technology choices for new AI-powered features.

- Experience with software security tools (Snyk) and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Education & Experience: + Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4 years of software development experience; OR + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6 years of software development experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in global teams.
- Ability to work in environments with a high emphasis on performance optimization and intelligent automation.
