Rippling uses machine learning and large language models to build software that helps internal GTM teams operate their business effectively, manifesting as features inside existing Rippling products or new products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of industry experience building software at some (or all) levels of the stack (foundational infra, backed, ux). You should be able to point to specific products that exist today that wouldn’t have been possible without your contribution.
- Experience developing user-facing applications
- Experience in the Ads, Personalization, Sales, or similar domain
- An interest and/or experience in creating agentic AI and LLM use cases
- You are comfortable with hands-on programming

- Design, develop, code and test backend software systems.
- Ensure operational excellence and scale our data platform capabilities.
