Requirements
- Engineer scalable, resilient, and intelligent software platforms by applying modern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and others.
- Integrate IaC with AI Ops capabilities to support predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and self-healing infrastructure—driving operational excellence and empowering technology support teams with reliable, high-performing systems.
- Design and develop intelligent operational capabilities by leveraging AI Ops principles to replace manual and legacy automation.
- Utilize advanced observability, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Employ orchestration platforms and automation technologies such as Agentic AI, Python, PowerShell, Linux shell, Ansible, Terraform, etc. to build scalable, self-healing systems that enhance platform reliability and performance.
- Engineer to replace legacy monitoring with AI-driven observability platforms.
- Familiarity with ML models for anomaly detection and incident prediction.
Responsibilities
- Drive development of existing software and contribute to development of new software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Develop software that is fast, secure and reliable to meet defined requirements.
- Contribute to software platform lifecycle from development to maintenance, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and driving adoption.

- Design and develop intelligent operational capabilities by leveraging AI Ops principles to replace manual and legacy automation.
