CloudTrucks is looking to solve the traditional and fragmented trucking industry problems by building an operating system for trucking, empowering truck drivers and optimizing operations
Requirements
- Strong technical background with 4 or more years of industry experience building production systems
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML systems (LLMs, agents, voice, or similar), or strong interest in doing so
- Experience with web technologies and system design
- Full-stack experience with React, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with our technical stack: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Javascript, Typescript, React, Google Cloud
- Prior experience working on greenfield products or early-stage incubations
Responsibilities
- Design, test, ship, and maintain solutions to complex problems across the stack
- Take complete ownership of projects and features, delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple systems and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience
- Contribute to engineering processes, standards, and tooling, especially around AI product development
- Mentor other engineers and help them grow in their role
- Build real-time voice agents that automate sales qualification, customer support, and inbound driver workflows
- Use LLMs to analyze background checks, driving history, and risk signals, enabling instant, data-driven onboarding and qualification decisions
