Develop sophisticated solutions to complex business problems in the Private Equity space

Requirements

  • Prior experience building and maintaining API integrations and ELT processes, and working across multiple codebases in different languages
  • Knowledge of Postgres and Snowflake or Azure data warehouse development and best practices
  • Knowledge of at least two commonly used backend software language (ideally Typescript and Ruby)
  • Experience with common web API frameworks like GraphQL, and Node.js/Express
  • An understanding of commonly used cloud technologies for data migration, ideally within AWS
  • Knowledge of backend software development

Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple teams across the organization to develop sophisticated solutions to complex business problems in the Private Equity space
  • Understand, design, and implement third-party services and data sets into our solution suite
  • Identify opportunities for improving data migration practices
  • Implement fast, resilient, and extensible integrations with both internal and external APIs
  • Enhance and extend external facing Chronograph APIs for client use, including implementation of best practices and change management
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers and across the organization to identify bottlenecks in our processes to ensure efficient processing
