Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on backend systems, and the flexibility to dive into frontend development or other areas as needed to move the product forward.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models or automation solutions in a production environment, including experience working on applied AI initiatives.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (e.g., Python) and web development.
- Curious to explore new technologies, with the ability to thoughtfully leverage AI to enhance product experiences while understanding its limitations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with AI/ML frameworks and tools
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product features in close partnership with product and design teams. Take extreme ownership across the full lifecycle: design, execution, launch, and post-production support.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions (including Agents, RAG, and related pipelines) to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business units to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Champion best practices in software development, MLOps, CI/CD, and platform development.
- Stay current with advancements in AI and drive innovation through proof-of-concepts and pilot programs.
- Lead by example, foster a culture of growth and learning, and mentor other engineers.
- Approach problems with a strong product mindset—balancing technical decisions with customer impact.
