Google is looking to solve the problem of helping customers develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions on Google Cloud technologies, specifically focusing on accelerating time-to-value and reducing risk for customers by integrating Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and technologies to solve recurring business problems in a repeatable manner.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Gen AI, Natural Language Processing or specialization in another ML field
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging)
- 1 year of experience building Gen AI Applications
- Experience with product/solution development with a focus on product capabilities, features, benefits, users, and support needs
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and technologies
Responsibilities
- Architect innovative, long-term solutions by strategically analyzing customer needs and focusing on future possibilities
- Oversee cross-functional teams in the development of deployable code, machine learning models, prescriptive architecture, and implementation guides
- Define and own solution requirements, ensuring alignment with the go-to-market strategy
- Cultivate trusted technical and business partnerships with customers and partners to identify and resolve recurring mission use cases using GCP services
- Lead collaboration with internal specialists, partners, GTM teams, product and engineering teams to transform best practices into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets
- Enable customers and partners to develop, deploy, and manage custom solutions on Google Cloud technologies
- Develop reusable solutions by integrating Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and technologies to solve a recurring business problem in a repeatable manner
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
- Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences
- Ability to work in Reston, VA, USA or Washington D.C., DC, USA
