Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, including complex distributed systems
- Deep expertise in a modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and event-driven design
- A systems thinker who designs for resilience, scalability, and observability
Responsibilities
- Design and build core backend services enabling complex, long-running, and asynchronous operations
- Create foundational frameworks and libraries for the engineering team to build new product capabilities
- Partner with leadership to drive key technology and design decisions, establishing best practices
