Hinge Health is looking to build and shape a new product, HingeSelect, from the ground up. This new product integrates digital and in-person care for improved outcomes and a better member experience. The company aims to improve quality of life and reduce healthcare costs by empowering individuals to manage and reduce chronic pain.
Requirements
- Golang, gRPC based micro-services
- Golang, gRPC, AWS, Postgres, Redis, and temporal
- trunk-based CI/CD
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)
- Good understanding and practical knowledge in cloud based services (e.g. gRPC, protobufs, temporal, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud services such as AWS, etc.)
- Experience with AI technologies for software design and coding assistance
- Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or scalable architectures
Responsibilities
- architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions
- well-tested performant APIs and data models
- profile their systems to stay out ahead of scaling bottlenecks
- help maintain a high bar with thoughtful and constructive code reviews
- owner-operator pride in supporting our code in production
- Deliver large projects that introduce new product capabilities, often acting as a maintainer for key code repositories
- Integrate and leverage AI technologies to automate processes and enhance product features, contributing to Hinge Health’s AI-driven care platform
