McAfee's eCommerce team is looking to build next-generation solutions to help acquire new customers and retain existing customers by developing highly scalable and performing systems that serve a large user base.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C-Sharp, and .NET Core.
- Proficient in Node.js development and backend services.
- Experience working with database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and responsive products that enhance the privacy and security of customers' digital experiences.
- Create solutions that support customer acquisition, retention strategies, and user data pipelines.
- Develop scalable, high-performance, and reliable web applications that operate 24/7.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with other applications.
- Build and deploy microservices and cloud-based applications, preferably on AWS.
- Optimize and integrate development tools and software for a seamless development environment.
- Ensure product releases meet high-quality standards through rigorous testing.
Other
- Hybrid position located in Frisco, TX. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis, typically 2x per week.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in application development.
- Strong sense of ownership, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop applications with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
- Follow Agile Scrum methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
