Soris is a stealth technology company building a full-stack AI platform from the ground up, aiming to reimagine and improve one of the largest and most entrenched industries on the planet by creating a faster, fairer, and fundamentally better model for humanity. The company seeks to solve problems that legacy systems cannot address with significantly higher efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building backend services from end-to-end.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or a similar language.
- Demonstrated expertise in system design and development.
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform is a huge plus!).
- Strong experience building or integrating AI agents into production systems.
- Experience with payment rails (Stripe, SVB, Square etc.).
Responsibilities
- Design and build core backend systems and APIs that power our Soris products.
- Develop scalable data pipelines and storage systems for high-availability agentic systems.
- Collaborate with the product division to integrate agentic workflows into the core platform.
- Work closely with early stakeholders to deliver solutions that solve real pain points.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Building our core APIs that interact with our agentic systems
- Building a deployment infrastructure that allows rapid experimentation
