Rippling's Employer of Record (EOR) team needs to expand into new countries and enable businesses worldwide to operate seamlessly by building critical products and platforms that power global expansion efforts. This involves ensuring timely and accurate payroll, guaranteeing compliance with local and international policies, and driving the deposit calculation and collection engine to support expansion into hundreds of countries.

- Experience building customer facing products

Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior engineer within the Global Expansion organization, driving technical excellence and innovation.
- Maintain a high engineering standard by participating in technical discussions, reviewing specifications, and providing constructive feedback and recommendations.
- Contribute to the end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact, high-quality products.
- Propose, lead, and implement technical initiatives that align with industry best practices in areas such as code quality, observability, and testing.
- Apply sound technical judgment, leveraging your depth of experience to make informed decisions and guide the team.
- Take ambiguous technical problems and transform them into clear, actionable plans, executing them collaboratively with the team.
- Define and drive the team’s technical vision, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

- 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related STEM field
