Tanium is looking to solve the problem of developing cloud technologies and building best-of-breed products and infrastructure as part of a nimble development team, with a focus on customer engagement and feedback to ensure products are designed correctly from the beginning.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang (preferred), Node.js, Python, Ruby, Rust, or Java
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and other infrastructure technology
- Experience with React, Javascript, or typescript
- Knowledge of modern software frameworks (server side & browser side)
- Experience with modern software engineering development and automation tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Experience designing and building high-impact, high-performance, scalable, observable, and maintainable backend services and APIs
- Experience with automated testing
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy products and supporting services from the ground up
- Iterate with product management and customers for feedback and input
- Build and maintain high-impact, high-performance, scalable, observable, and maintainable backend services and APIs
- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and other infrastructure technology
- Develop with React, Javascript, or typescript
- Use modern software engineering development and automation tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Write automated tests as part of development

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CS Degree preferred

- 5+ years industry experience
