The company is seeking a software engineer to build and enhance services to meet critical product and business needs, particularly in the area of low-latency systems and cloud technology.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Experience designing, building, scaling and maintaining critical low-latency production services
- Awareness of at least one of the major SQL or No-SQL databases - Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB
- Experience with Golang, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres and MongoDB
- Experience building trading systems or matching engines that have high volume and low latency characteristics
- Familiarity with developing event driven architectures, GC free coding approaches
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance services to meet critical product and business needs using Java, Golang and RDS Postgres.
- Design scalable high volume and low-latency systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers.
- Maintain production services and Database infrastructure
- Work with other engineers, designers and product managers to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
