Jobgether is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Blockchain to build and maintain cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure and applications for a partner company, focusing on secure, scalable, and high-performance systems for tokenized assets and distributed financial services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Golang or Java preferred; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ also valued.
- Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
- Experience building and maintaining cloud-native services using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS.
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems or trading infrastructure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain issuance systems supporting tokenized assets across multiple chains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, technical requirements, and integration strategies.
- Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of blockchain services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for improved performance, reduced latency, and operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and code review feedback to junior engineers.
- Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging blockchain and distributed systems technologies to drive innovation.
