Verkada is looking to improve its systems by designing and implementing technical solutions that span between AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite, while also investing in the reliability and correctness of data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering with a focus on distributed systems at scale
- Shipped customer facing products or internal tools in the past
- In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing
- AWS Cloud experience touching foundational blocks like: Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.
- Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP
Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions that will span between AWS, Salesforce and NetSuite
- Improve systems observability and invest in reliability & correctness of data
- Develop customer empathy to propose improvements to systems
- Lead projects from ideation to release
- Help and mentor junior engineers
