Radformation is transforming the way cancer clinics deliver care by automating and standardizing radiation oncology workflows to enable clinicians to plan and deliver treatments faster, safer, and more consistently. The role will lead software development for ChartCheck, a core application that helps clinics identify potential errors and improve treatment safety.
Requirements
- Deep programming expertise in a high-level language (C, C++, or Java)
- Full-stack development experience in web and cloud systems
- Database experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL
- WPF / C.NET
- C .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lit (or equivalent)
- Clinical programming experience with HL7 or DICOM
- Cybersecurity and software risk management knowledge
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of coding and software development for ChartCheck, both front end and back end
- Design, code, and maintain scalable, production-quality software in C and JavaScript
- Develop features across web and cloud-based systems, spanning frontend and backend
- Ensure code quality through testing, thoughtful reviews, and clear documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for clinics
- Identify, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve technical challenges
- Manage work independently and clearly track tasks in a traceable way (tickets, documentation, etc.)
Other
- BS in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience
