Requirements
- Experience programming in one or more of the following languages: Go, Java, SQL, C++.
- Experience with developing large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Databases, Shell Scripting, Python, Database Maintenance, Database Optimization, Database Internals, Database Management System, Database Optimization.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the TL to drive long term technical direction.
- Own and drive the design and implementation of major components across the database stack.
- Collaborate with other Google Cloud Platform (GCP) teams to drive alignments.
Other
- 5 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Help to influence and shape team's culture and process.
