The M365 Copilot Hub team is looking to transform user interaction with AI through Copilot Pages and Notebooks, aiming to create intelligent, dynamic experiences that act as a 'second brain' for users to capture ideas, understand information, and take action.
Requirements
- 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 4+ years experience with front-end web technologies like TypeScript, React.
- 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C-Sharp, Java, JavaScript, or Python
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and ship new user experiences that will enrich the way users interact with Copilot.
- Evolve our platform.
- Lead projects that delight our users.
- Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
- Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate.
- Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud background check
- 4+ years experience bringing clarity to ambiguous spaces and delivering clean designs.
- 4+ years experience mentoring engineers and supporting their professional development.
